Will it sound robotic to my clients?+
Listen for yourself on the home page — that’s the product. It’s trained on your tone and treatment menu, and you approve the voice before it ever takes a call. If it doesn’t sound like your front desk on its best day, it doesn’t go live.
What happens when someone asks a medical question?+
It never gives medical advice. It acknowledges the question warmly, flags your provider with the details, and arranges the callback. Safe is the default, not a setting you have to switch on.
Does it work with my booking software?+
Yes — we integrate with the major med spa platforms: Boulevard, Zenoti, Mangomint, Vagaro, GlossGenius and Aesthetic Record, so bookings, reschedules and client records stay in sync with the system you already run. Not on one of those? Tell us during your walkthrough and we’ll confirm the fit.
What channels does it cover?+
Phone calls, SMS, Instagram DMs and your website chat — all handled by one AI brain so a DM inquiry, a phone call, and a rebooking text all share the same context and your brand voice.
What does it cost?+
One flat price: $997/month per location — all three AI employees, every channel, installed and managed. A one-time $1,497 install (waived for founding spas). Founding spas lock $749/month for life. No per-minute meters, no surprise add-ons. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
What if a caller wants a human?+
They get one. During hours, it transfers to your team instantly. After hours, it promises a callback, books it, and texts the client so they never feel dropped.
Is my client data safe?+
We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any client data flows — not “if requested.” Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train public models. Most tools in this category hand-wave this; we lead with it.
How long does setup take?+
Live in weeks, not months. We install and integrate everything, train it on your treatment menu, and hand you the approval checklist. Your total time investment is a kickoff call and a listening session.
Do I need to change my phone number?+
No. We can forward your existing number to your AI receptionist or port it over — your choice. Clients keep calling the number they already know.
What if it doesn’t work for my spa?+
You’ll see the numbers every month — appointments booked, show-rate, recovered revenue. If it isn’t out-earning its fee, cancel with 30 days’ notice. No contract prison.
Is this only for med spas?+
Yes — on purpose. We build exclusively for med spas and aesthetic clinics, so the AI already speaks the language of tox, filler, facials and laser, and the workflows fit how aesthetic practices actually book. That focus is why it works so well.
